The Dr. Elif Su Yılmaz scholarship was established within the Association for Supporting Contemporary Life (Çağdaş Yaşamı Destekleme Derneği, abbreviated ÇYDD, is an non-profit organisation established by Prof. Dr. Türkan Saylan in 1989), and starting this year, 12 female university students will receive an educational scholarship in Elif Su's name each year.
September 17, 2025 (Elif Su's birthday):
The performans named 'Her name is water' was performed in Alberta University, Canada by her colleagues, friends, and mentors. A tree was planted in the garden of Alberta University. in memory of Elif Su.
November 19, 2025:
Diploma ceremony: The degree of Doctor of Philosophy posthumously Elif Su's PhD diploma was accepted by her mother Prof. Yuksel Yilmaz and her supervisor Dr. Natalie Loveless.
The plaquet, designed and produced by academicians and students of Division Art and Design, was placed in front of her tree in memory of Elif Su.
December 11, 2025:
